Keenan is an expert in the art of "love 'em and leave 'em", even giving lessons to fellow classmates in medical school. As a doctor, he finds it easy to get whatever he wants, whenever he wants it. His reputation is far from stellar. He's only interested in getting his needs met and knows, instinctively, if he meets a woman's needs, she will stick around forever. He's not that type.
