Forty-seven-year-old Maria Hicks wants to get fit. So she signs up for an aerobics class, puts on her new yellow workout suit, and heads for the gym. The last thing that Maria is interested in finding at the gym is a man.

Harvey, who is only at the gym because his doctor told him to exercise, finds himself entangled with Maria. She is totally different than the trophy-women he romances.
