A constant oscillation of anxiety permeates our life. A life in which we're in a constant hurry to become someone. Every day we run. Even when we are resting, we're just catching our breath until the next sprint. Gotta win, gotta get that juice, gotta get ahead of the competition! And when we reach our goals, we find ourselves still, as confused as ever.

The Buzz is a collection of 50 poems, or, as I like to call them, tales. Divided into four parts, the book takes you through the murky realities of today down to the underground and back up from it. The Buzz offers a lens through which we are able to see a world full of absurdity, wickedness, honest unraveling, hope, mysticism, surrealism, drama, and, of course, it is a lens through which we can see our true naked selves.

As much as this book is about the world, it is also about me. It is the most personal thing I have ever done creatively up until this point.
