In Dhaka mega city and it¿s periphery about 31486.51 hectares of 54093.87 hectares wetlands area have been lost during last 40 years from 1975 to 2015 that 58.2% of total. In this research the have been discussed the spatial changes of wetlands with detecting tools and techniques. The wetlands knowledge have noticed in cause effect of changing aspect. This research is most significant to wetlands management in aspect of urban and rural-urban fringe content.
