Eduardo Milán (Rivera, Uruguay, 1952) graduated with a degree in literature from the Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay. Eduardo Milán (Rivera, Uruguay, 1952) graduated with a degree in literature from the Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay.
