Along the way he meets various people, including Worldly Wiseman, Evangelist, Faithful, Hopeful, the Giant Despair, and many others-all allegorical representations of those feelings, states, and people met by most people on the spiritual journey. This edition contains both parts of Bunyan's original manuscript, including Christiana's journey. It is beautifully illustrated with 127 woodcuts, now once again available from the Apocryphile Press.
