This is most evident in modern application domains like scientific computation, data science, machine intelligence, etc. As a result, parallel programming is increasingly being offered as an elective course in most undergraduate computer science and engineering programs. This book intends to introduce a beginner to the gamut of parallel programming and will be useful for undergraduate students of computer science and engineering"--
