As humans, we are blessed with the ability to resist acting discourteously. It is not an easy task, especially when we are overwhelmed with emotions and feelings that make us uneasy. Writing helped me channel these feelings in such a way that it not only calmed me but also made me proud. My pain, worries, discomfort, and fear turned into something beautiful.
