Thanks to the various resources offered by this technique, the manager is able to play an important role. As a result, the objective of this work was to develop a strategic decision-making process by using management simulation as a learning technique in a transportation company and assess its use for training managers. Literature review on systemic view, strategic decision-making, simulation and business games are used in the present study for evaluation. The research method consisted in observing the following variables: strategy, teamwork, cooperation, engagement, time, discussion, and leadership, with nominal scale for each of them.
